Lead strategic management and growth of a 400,000-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio spanning retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Oversee operations, leasing, budgeting, financial performance, capital planning, tenant relations, vendor management, and portfolio strategy. Develop procedures, optimize Yardi and related systems, improve occupancy and NOI, manage capital projects, and partner with executive leadership on expansion. Mentor the Commercial Property Manager and conduct regular regional property inspections and tenant meetings.
