Leads nursing office operations and supervises Certified Medication Aides supporting children with complex medical, behavioral, and developmental needs. Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, clinical workflows, care coordination, medication protocols, documentation, compliance, risk management, audits, and quality improvement. Provides clinical guidance, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, supports individualized healthcare plans, manages resources, and participates in rotating night and weekend on-call coverage.
