Hearts With A Mission

Hearts With A Mission is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving homeless and at-risk youth and families. They provide emergency shelter, educational support, mentoring, counseling, and transition planning for youth ages 10-17, as well as transitional living programs for young adults. Additionally, they offer a program for isolated seniors and Safe Families for Children across several Oregon counties to create a hopeful tomorrow.
