Teams at Heartland Food Products Group

Provides technical expertise for UHT equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, aseptic processing, and regulatory compliance. Supports production and maintenance teams, validates equipment, develops SOPs and training, conducts audits, improves efficiency, minimizes downtime, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Requires engineering knowledge, extensive aseptic manufacturing experience, and direct UHT systems expertise.

Provides analytical and reporting support for strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier performance, inventory, and supply chain operations. Develops dashboards, spend analyses, supplier scorecards, forecasting models, and financial reports while identifying savings opportunities, supply risks, inventory inefficiencies, and performance trends. Partners with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Quality, and R&D teams to support sourcing decisions, supplier reviews, annual operating planning, and business continuity initiatives.

Provides technical leadership for aseptic manufacturing and packaging processes. Leads engineering projects to improve equipment efficiency, reliability, safety, capacity, and costs; analyzes manufacturing data and failure root causes; designs, installs, and troubleshoots equipment; implements process improvements; supports cross-functional product and process introductions; and trains production personnel.
