Design, develop, and deliver digital learning (eLearning, microlearning, video, job aids) to improve performance, ensure regulatory/SQF compliance, administer LMS, track completion, evaluate training effectiveness with data, and partner with Operations, Quality, and SMEs to reduce non-conformances and support workforce capability.

Lead plant quality assurance by implementing and maintaining HACCP, SQF, QMS and CAPA systems; oversee in-line and final product testing, complaint reduction, KPIs, and corrective actions; collaborate with production and site leaders to improve quality and food safety, and support off-hours or backup QA coverage.

Establish and lead the company's scientific and regulatory affairs capability. Translate nutrition and ingredient science into strategic recommendations, develop evidence-based regulatory positions, advise executive leadership, represent the company with regulators, policymakers, scientific organizations and media, and build governance to integrate science across product, innovation, and communications.
