Business Systems Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes, improving workflows and data quality, managing business applications and reporting solutions, developing IT roadmaps, documenting requirements, coordinating system changes, and partnering with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors. The role supports compliance, information security, system testing, user guidance, and continuous business improvement.

Partners with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, talent strategy, and leadership development. Leads organisational development initiatives including engagement surveys, recognition, wellbeing, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Improves HR systems, workflows, policies, employee experience, and operational efficiency while championing organisational values and maintaining confidential, trusted stakeholder relationships.
