Design and build a secure, scalable Agentic AI platform for autonomous medical workflows. Lead development of multi-agent orchestration, state management, tool integration, evaluation/guardrails, EHR and imaging integrations, and production deployment while collaborating with clinicians and mentoring engineers.

Lead a small team building data and ML infrastructure for large-scale medical imaging ML. Architect and implement distributed compute platforms (training and inference), cloud-data systems, and production deployments. Mentor engineers, write high-performance Python code (including cross-language bindings), use frameworks like Ray and Kubernetes, apply infrastructure-as-code, and collaborate with researchers to enable scalable, secure ML workflows and monitoring.

Sell and promote Heartflow's AI-driven FFRCT cardiac analysis within a geographic territory. Develop new accounts, expand usage in existing centers, build clinical relationships (cardiology, interventional, radiology), coordinate cross-functional teams, achieve sales targets, and provide customer feedback to inform product and market strategy. Heavy CRM usage and regional travel required.
