Teams at Heartflow

Field-based Territory Account Manager responsible for driving adoption of Heartflow's non-invasive cardiology diagnostic technology across a geographic territory. Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists and referring physicians, educate customers, execute business development plans, coordinate cross-functional programs and events, and meet/ exceed usage and revenue targets for cCTA/FFRct.

Provide technical, front-line customer support and onboarding for Heartflow's web-based medical software. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases and knowledge base, deliver documentation and customer feedback into CRM, assist sales and production, and support account adoption and satisfaction metrics. May require on-call and weekend coverage after training.

Field-based Territory Account Manager responsible for driving adoption and growth of Heartflow's non-invasive cardiac diagnostic solutions within assigned accounts. Build relationships with cardiologists and referring physicians, develop and execute business development plans, coordinate cross-functional programs (education, road-shows, VIP visits), meet quota and grow cCTA/FFRct usage, and support customer success through training and advocacy.
