Leads Systems Engineering, Enterprise Networking, and End User Services. Owns the infrastructure roadmap, hybrid cloud and data center environments, enterprise networking, service desk operations, disaster recovery, security controls, budgets, vendors, and infrastructure modernization. The role drives automation and AI adoption, ensures audit and QMS readiness, supports validated clinical systems, and manages resilient infrastructure across corporate offices and remote workers.

Manage Heartflow accounts across the Atlantic City territory, driving adoption and growth of cardiovascular diagnostic technologies. Build relationships with cardiologists, referring physicians, healthcare administrators, and clinical stakeholders; develop account plans; educate customers; coordinate cross-functional resources; organize clinical programs and events; and achieve usage and revenue quotas. The role is home-office based with approximately 20–25% travel.

Build and migrate AWS cloud foundations and production workloads from serverless platforms to Kubernetes on EKS. Develop Terraform, Helm, service templates, and automation; manage networking, IAM, scaling, observability, SRE practices, CI/CD, and developer experience. Partner with application teams on migration planning, cutovers, benchmarking, documentation, and platform standards while supporting Linux and Windows systems.
