Territory Account Manager responsible for driving adoption and growth of Heartflow's non-invasive cardiac diagnostics within a regional territory. Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists and referring physicians, educate stakeholders, execute business development plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, run outreach programs and events, and meet quota and growth metrics for cCTA conversion and FFRCT penetration. Approximately 20-25% travel from a home office.

The Key Account Manager will drive the sales of Heartflow's AI-driven cardiac technology within existing accounts, manage client relationships, and achieve sales goals while providing educational support to medical professionals.

Serve as senior technical authority for software quality across SaMD and AI/ML products. Own SDLC design control, QMS architecture, V&V strategy, risk management, DHF governance, and audit readiness. Drive regulatory alignment (FDA, EU-MDR, PMDA), mentor quality engineers, and define scalable compliance-at-speed frameworks for cloud/SaaS and cybersecurity-enabled digital health solutions.
