Own day-to-day client relationships, adoption, workflow support, success planning, business reviews, and value realization. Partner with strategic account leaders and cross-functional Product, Operations, Clinical, and Engineering teams to improve outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, analyze performance metrics, gather feedback, and implement scalable process improvements. Mentor teammates and contribute to planning and growth initiatives.

Provides hands-on IT support across employee troubleshooting, identity and access management, device lifecycle management, SaaS administration, security compliance, and process improvement. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding users, managing permissions and MFA, maintaining laptops and inventories, administering cloud applications, documenting procedures, and resolving technical issues. The role requires working Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, with opportunities for increasing responsibility.

Drive new business within the ACO market, manage the sales cycle from outreach to contract execution, build key relationships, and maintain pipeline data in CRM.
