Teams at Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers

Maintains the organization’s data warehouse and reporting systems, analyzes financial, operational, pharmacy, clinical, and grant data, and develops dashboards, reports, projections, and automated reporting solutions. The role partners with stakeholders to define BI requirements, identifies process improvement opportunities, applies statistical and database concepts, and presents actionable insights to executive leadership, management, and staff.

Identifies funding opportunities, writes and submits grant applications, gathers supporting documentation, coordinates post-award implementation, and completes grant reporting. The role tracks deadlines, analyzes and supplies program data, presents project results, and may support other organizational projects. It requires strong writing, organization, collaboration, independent initiative, and Microsoft Excel skills.
