Design, develop, validate, and support certification of flight mechanisms (primary/secondary actuators, propulsion, landing gear, ECS). Lead subcomponent design (gears, bearings, seals), perform analysis and environmental qualification testing (DO-160G/MIL-STD-810), and collaborate with electrical and software teams from concept through fabrication and flight test.

Design and own PCBA lifecycle for flight-critical mixed-signal and power-conversion systems, perform SI/PI and EMC/thermal analyses to meet aerospace standards, lead bring-up and validation, write test scripts, coordinate with software and mechanical teams, and drive process improvements.

Lead design, development, testing, and certification of high-voltage, high-power permanent magnet motors for a hybrid-electric regional aircraft. Interface with mechanical, thermal, power electronics, airframe, and battery teams; perform topology trade studies, create 2D/3D CAD models, run system-level motor and propeller tests, and collaborate with suppliers for certified subsystem delivery.
