Design, develop, validate, and support certification of flight mechanisms (primary/secondary actuators, propulsion, landing gear, ECS). Lead subcomponent design (gears, bearings, seals), perform analysis and environmental qualification testing (DO-160G/MIL-STD-810), and collaborate with electrical and software teams from concept through fabrication and flight test.

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines for prototype, tooling, and low-rate production. Machine large aluminum structural parts and other alloys, develop Fusion CAM programs, design fixtures, perform full setups and first-article inspections using Renishaw probing, support manual machining, and establish shop best practices, safety, and lean workflows.

Design and own PCBA lifecycle for flight-critical mixed-signal and power-conversion systems, perform SI/PI and EMC/thermal analyses to meet aerospace standards, lead bring-up and validation, write test scripts, coordinate with software and mechanical teams, and drive process improvements.
