Supports the CEO and Executive Leadership Team through complex scheduling, inbox and correspondence management, travel planning, meeting preparation, action-item tracking, expense management, external stakeholder coordination, headquarters logistics, visitor experiences, and executive operations process improvements. The role requires discretion, strong judgment, responsiveness outside standard hours, and the ability to coordinate rapidly changing priorities across senior leaders and external contacts.

Design, develop, validate, and support certification of flight mechanisms (primary/secondary actuators, propulsion, landing gear, ECS). Lead subcomponent design (gears, bearings, seals), perform analysis and environmental qualification testing (DO-160G/MIL-STD-810), and collaborate with electrical and software teams from concept through fabrication and flight test.

Design and own PCBA lifecycle for flight-critical mixed-signal and power-conversion systems, perform SI/PI and EMC/thermal analyses to meet aerospace standards, lead bring-up and validation, write test scripts, coordinate with software and mechanical teams, and drive process improvements.
