Own and scale engineering and corporate IT infrastructure, including identity systems, endpoint management, networking, remote access, SaaS vendors, security controls, documentation, and IT operations. Partner with engineering and business teams to eliminate development friction, establish pragmatic standards and roadmaps, and determine the appropriate balance between internal IT staffing and external support.

Supports the CEO and Executive Leadership Team through complex scheduling, inbox and correspondence management, travel planning, meeting preparation, action-item tracking, expense management, external stakeholder coordination, headquarters logistics, visitor experiences, and executive operations process improvements. The role requires discretion, strong judgment, responsiveness outside standard hours, and the ability to coordinate rapidly changing priorities across senior leaders and external contacts.

Design, develop, validate, and support certification of flight mechanisms (primary/secondary actuators, propulsion, landing gear, ECS). Lead subcomponent design (gears, bearings, seals), perform analysis and environmental qualification testing (DO-160G/MIL-STD-810), and collaborate with electrical and software teams from concept through fabrication and flight test.
