Lead accounting operations, monthly and annual close processes, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and compliance. Supervise accounting staff, ensure US GAAP adherence, manage capital expenditure tracking, improve financial systems and ERP processes, and partner with FP&A, operations, and revenue cycle teams. Support the VP of Finance with analyses, board presentations, and special projects.

Leads Finance systems strategy and functional ownership for Zuora, supporting billing, revenue processes, accounting, month-end close, integrations, configuration, testing, controls, documentation, and continuous improvement. Coordinates Finance workstreams for implementations and enhancements while translating business requirements for IT, vendors, Accounting, FP&A, and Sales Operations. Serves as a senior individual contributor and cross-functional bridge, ensuring scalable, controlled, well-documented Finance processes.

Manage client relationships and advertising campaigns from planning through delivery. Develop media plans, support RFPs and pitches, coordinate campaign execution, monitor performance, optimize delivery, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Research, and Campaign Management teams while serving as the primary client contact.
