Lead full life-cycle MEP-focused projects for healthcare clients including design, commissioning, energy optimization, and sustainability. Manage scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, resources, permitting, and client relationships. Serve as mechanical design leader, oversee multi-discipline teams, drive client communication and business development, and ensure project financial targets and high colleague engagement on medium to large projects (fees up to $500k).

Lead and perform energy assessments, commissioning, monitoring-based commissioning, and optimization for building MEP systems. Conduct energy studies, functional performance testing, onsite validation, energy calculations, and measurement and verification. Mentor colleagues, translate findings into recommendations and business cases, prepare reports for clients, and support certification pursuits like LEED and Energy Star.

Responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of design engineering and construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction, financial sustainability, and team collaboration.
