Manages the full life cycle of design engineering, commissioning, energy optimization, sustainability, and construction projects. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality standards, client communications, regulatory submissions, project reviews, billing, team coordination, and client relationship development. The role manages medium to large multidisciplinary projects, provides technical design oversight, supports business development, and ensures client satisfaction and financial performance.

Leads medium-to-large built-environment projects from proposal through closeout, managing scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, resources, quality, risk, and client relationships. Oversees project delivery across engineering, commissioning, energy optimization, sustainability, ICT, and related services. Supports proposals, business development, account expansion, capture strategies, client feedback, billing, and cross-functional team coordination. Requires substantial project and consulting experience, client-facing leadership, local and occasional distant travel, and job-site accessibility.

Leads the full lifecycle of medium to large MEP-focused healthcare projects, including design engineering, commissioning, energy optimization, sustainability, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, quality, resource planning, billing, permitting, and client communication. Manages multidisciplinary teams, supports business development, maintains client relationships, oversees mechanical design, and ensures regulatory and contractual compliance. The role also requires site travel and field access.
