Manage scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, resources, permitting, and client relationships. Serve as mechanical design leader, oversee multi-discipline teams, drive client communication and business development, and ensure project financial targets and high colleague engagement on medium to large projects (fees up to $500k).

Lead electrical design for complex built-environment projects including construction documents, load and short-circuit/coordination studies, cost estimates, technical specifications, vendor evaluation, field testing, and mentoring junior staff while coordinating across disciplines.

Lead electrical design for healthcare building projects from concept through completion. Develop detailed design documents, perform engineering calculations, prepare cost estimates and specifications, review and approve drawings, evaluate vendor bids, perform field tests and data collection, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior designers while supporting proposals and technical reports.
