Lead organization-wide quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. Oversee accreditation, audits, incident reporting, credentialing, policy development, committees, metrics, training, and corrective actions. Advise executive leadership, collaborate across clinical and operational teams, and mitigate clinical, operational, financial, and reputational risk to ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation requirements.

Lead strategic development and oversight of pharmacy services across multi-site clinics, ensuring 340B compliance, optimizing billing and revenue, managing TPAs and pharmacy partnerships, integrating EHR and pharmacy systems, supporting care for underserved and incarcerated populations, and building a high-performing pharmacy operations team.

Lead and supervise case managers and clinic staff, assist clinicians with patient exams and treatments, manage inventory and documentation, coordinate outreach and screenings, ensure policy compliance and staff training.

Provides hands-on patient care and assists medical providers with exams, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, routine labs, sterilization, scheduling, documentation, clerical tasks, and community STD/HIV screenings while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient communication.
