Oversee accreditation, audits, incident reporting, credentialing, policy development, committees, metrics, training, and corrective actions. Advise executive leadership, collaborate across clinical and operational teams, and mitigate clinical, operational, financial, and reputational risk to ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation requirements.
