Teams at Healthy Kids Programs

Provides administrative and regulatory compliance support across multi-state childcare programs. Tracks children’s medical and health documentation, identifies missing or expired records, monitors licensing requirements and deadlines, maintains spreadsheets and databases, prepares compliance reports, coordinates follow-up with internal teams, and assists with audits, inspections, and documentation projects while protecting confidential information.

Support prospective and enrolled families through registration, enrollment, scheduling, documentation, billing, and childcare subsidy processes via phone and email. Track enrollment activity, generate reports, and coordinate with internal teams. Identify repetitive tasks, build automated communications and reminders, optimize CRM workflows, test AI-enabled processes, monitor performance, and create SOPs, templates, and training materials to improve efficiency while maintaining personalized family support.

Coordinates compliance documentation, licensing records, medical and health documentation tracking, expiration monitoring, audits, reports, and follow-up across a multi-state childcare organization. Maintains spreadsheets, databases, checklists, and confidential records; communicates with internal departments to resolve missing or discrepant information; tracks regulatory deadlines and escalates potential compliance concerns. The role is part-time, in-person, and reports directly to the CEO.
