Lead the site’s Before & After School and Preschool programs; ensure regulatory compliance and Healthy Kids policies, plan engaging curriculum (fitness, STEAM, arts, homework support), manage attendance, schedules, and staffing, communicate with families, support outreach, and foster positive staff morale and program quality.

Provide after-school care for school-age children by facilitating fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework activities; ensure a safe, healthy environment; follow program, state, and host school policies; maintain attendance and support program operations.
