Teams at Healthy Kids Programs

Lead before-and-after Pre-K childcare program: supervise children, ensure safety and engagement, maintain staff coverage and compliance with ratios, manage supplies and records, communicate with families and team, and model Healthy Kids Program standards to promote enrollment and program quality.

Lead before-and-after school programming, ensuring regulatory compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL, supervising staff and children, planning STEAM/arts/homework activities, managing attendance/registration, liaising with families and school administration, and maintaining program safety and documentation.

Lead before- and after-school program activities using the Healthy Kids curriculum, supervise and support school-age children (5–12), maintain a safe, healthy environment, assist with homework and group activities, follow program and state guidelines, handle attendance/registration tasks, and support overall program operations and staffing needs.
