Drives new business and account expansion among mid-cap and emerging pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, strategic account planning, complex deal negotiation, product demonstrations, RFPs, forecasting, and cross-functional solution development. The role sells healthcare data, real-world evidence, and commercial analytics solutions, manages multiple stakeholders, and mentors junior Account Executives.

Leads the strategy, operating model, and performance of enterprise data operations across acquisition, integration, onboarding, production availability, quality, and ongoing health. Oversees Integrations, Data Onboarding, and Data Operations teams; establishes KPIs, capacity planning, incident management, root-cause remediation, automation, and cross-functional operating rhythms. Partners with Engineering, Product, Client Services, Privacy, Sales, and Data Partnerships to connect reliable data operations to client outcomes and revenue.

Owns the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewals, amendments, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and process automation. Supports Sales and internal teams by preparing agreements, coordinating approvals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving contract management workflows. The role also provides contract-related customer service and helps scale standardized contracting processes for a growing healthcare data ecosystem.
