Own the design of the Bookable Navigator Inbox used by GP practice teams. Responsibilities include interviewing users, observing workflows, researching and scoping product opportunities, analyzing product metrics, designing MVP through high-fidelity experiences, measuring outcomes, and collaborating closely with engineering. The role requires strong UI skills, product and startup experience, comfort with data, regular use of AI tools, and a user-centered approach. It offers substantial ownership and progression toward broader product decision-making.

Own and optimize the company’s Google Ads account across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and AI Max. Lead bidding, budget allocation, keyword strategy, experimentation, attribution, and conversion optimization across the full patient booking journey. Build new paid channels including Microsoft Ads, remarketing, and AI search platforms. Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and founders to improve landing pages, booking flows, measurement, and patient acquisition performance.
