Teams at HealthTeam Critical Care Transport

Provides administrative and logistics support across office, warehouse, education, finance, IT, and ambulance operations. Duties include processing shipments, maintaining inventory, preparing vehicles, coordinating supply distribution, data entry, accounts payable support, customer service, and occasional travel to remote bases and hospitals. May courier ambulances and supplies, assist with vehicle checks, install or troubleshoot cameras and radios, and support regulatory documentation and educational programs.

Provides primary helpdesk and end-user support while administering Windows servers, Active Directory, SQL Server, firewalls, networks, endpoints, and infrastructure. Configures and deploys devices, manages Intune, troubleshoots connectivity, maintains databases and backups, installs cabling and network equipment, and supports cameras and phones. Coordinates technology projects, vendors, documentation, field installations, maintenance windows, and on-call coverage across a 24/7 critical care transport operation.

Supports executive leadership and manages the administrative office through calendar and travel coordination, meeting and conference arrangements, expense reconciliation, board documentation, accreditation and licensure workflows, vendor and building services liaison duties, office IT coordination, telephone coverage, and general office management. The role requires confidentiality, discretion, organization, and occasional travel to remote operational bases.
