Manages the full consultative sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, presentations, objection handling, negotiations, and closing. Builds executive relationships, analyzes account opportunities, develops territory plans, counters competitors, collaborates with account managers, and meets or exceeds sales quotas.

Own requirements, backlog prioritization, release scope, and delivery readiness across two concurrent healthcare software programs. Configure and manage multiple Azure DevOps boards, translate AI-generated prototypes into implementation-ready requirements, define acceptance criteria, and establish product ownership standards. Coordinate cross-team dependencies, regulatory and accessibility requirements, customer commitments, and release readiness. Use generative AI in daily product work, mentor future product owners, and drive governance and continuous improvement.
