Conduct market research, build persona-specific positioning, enable sales with targeted collateral, manage budget and campaign performance, and leverage AI and analytics to drive pipeline growth. Collaborate cross-functionally and represent post-acute priorities across product, sales, and leadership.

Provide phone, email, and chat technical support for HealthStream products; troubleshoot and diagnose issues; document and escalate defects to development; participate in testing releases; collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience; suggest product enhancements; adhere to security policies and work a flexible 8-hour shift covering 7 AM–7 PM CST.

Own and resolve escalated customer support cases for HealthStream products, document interactions in Salesforce, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, communicate resolutions to customers, and pursue ongoing product and technical training. Adhere to security policies and travel up to 15% for customer or company needs.
