Teams at HEALTHSOURCE INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS INC

Leads statewide community engagement, stakeholder relations, public education, and Community Needs Assessment services for behavioral health organizations. Builds partnerships, facilitates surveys and community forums, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, identifies service gaps and access barriers, develops reports and recommendations, and supports participating organizations in translating findings into actionable plans. Represents the organization with community and system partners, maintains engagement infrastructure, and may coordinate or supervise supporting staff. Statewide travel is required as needed.

Provide televideo and phone-based crisis assessments, risk evaluation, intervention, supportive counseling, referrals, and follow-up. Coordinate with families, CMHCs, hospitals, and community resources; complete documentation, state hospital assessments, involuntary hospitalization referrals and hearings, and required trainings.
