Design, deliver, and operate full‑stack product features and scalable APIs. Build developer‑friendly platforms, enrollment/CRM/tracking tools, and distributed systems. Apply AI/ML, observability, and DevOps practices to improve reliability, scalability, and product outcomes while collaborating with product and design teams.

Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for carrier clients. Project-manage integrations and implementations, resolve operational and data issues, lead escalations, ensure SOW/MSA accountability, support post-launch performance, and relay product feedback to Product and Engineering while partnering with Sales on go-to-market and expansion strategies.
