Leads and supervises rehabilitation therapy staff while maintaining a clinical caseload in a senior living setting. Oversees quality assurance, compliance, scheduling, documentation, program growth, staff education, and issue resolution. Develops therapy initiatives, builds caseloads, coordinates with healthcare and community partners, and ensures adherence to Medicare, HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable rehabilitation regulations.
