The Forward Deployed Software Engineer Internship involves working closely with business teams to design solutions and deliver value through prototyping and collaborative development.

Provide dedicated legal operations and asset-level support to 1-2 real estate attorneys across outpatient medical and lab portfolios: prepare and track property-level contracts and vendor agreements, manage intake/workflows and document management systems, ensure data integrity and version control, support lease administration and notices, identify process improvements and support automation initiatives, and coordinate with Asset and Property Management.

Manage financial reporting and corporate accounting tasks, assist in SEC filings, work on technical accounting projects, and communicate with senior management and external auditors.
