Provide dedicated legal operations and asset-level support to 1-2 real estate attorneys across outpatient medical and lab portfolios: prepare and track property-level contracts and vendor agreements, manage intake/workflows and document management systems, ensure data integrity and version control, support lease administration and notices, identify process improvements and support automation initiatives, and coordinate with Asset and Property Management.

Analyze property and portfolio operating performance using advanced analytics and AI tools; prepare budgets, forecasts, quarterly financial materials, and dashboards; collaborate with operations and asset management to identify cost and performance improvements; support automation and maintain data and model accuracy for reliable decision-making.

Lead portfolio and property financial analysis, support FP&A and earnings preparation, build dashboards and scenario models, drive automation and AI-enabled reporting, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor analysts to improve decision-making and performance.
