Leads workforce development for Hub Central’s community-based workforce, serving as the primary trainer and facilitator for Connect2 Coordinator and related care coordination practices. Designs learning experiences, training materials, job aids, and workflows; evaluates effectiveness through feedback, data, and continuous quality improvement; monitors participation and compliance; and partners with operational teams to improve system adoption and workforce capability.

Leads marketing and communications operations, supervises a three-person team, manages vendors, budgets, campaigns, editorial calendars, content production, and HubSpot marketing activities. Oversees digital, print, video, social, email, and website communications while monitoring analytics and KPIs. Builds efficient project tracking and content workflows, supports events and internal communications, and evaluates AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and organizational impact.
