Provides direct nursing care in an ambulatory practice, including patient assessment, treatment planning, intervention, documentation, care coordination, referrals, patient and family counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Maintains patient safety, confidentiality, infection-control standards, and regulatory compliance while supporting clinical workflows, mentoring staff, and coordinating services across healthcare settings.
