Supervise communications and dispatch operations for transport services. Coordinate crew departures, assignments, schedules, vehicle and equipment readiness, dispatch checklists, and minimum staffing coverage. Monitor trips, fuel levels, safety violations, and quality through Samsara; maintain operational documentation; train staff; resolve customer and employee concerns; and escalate transport issues to management. The role requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, although the listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Provide emergency medical care and transport to sick or injured patients, follow company and state protocols, maintain vehicle and equipment, complete documentation, and attend required continuing education and certifications.
