Leads multiple scrum teams in delivering complex strategic outcomes. Partners with Product Managers and leadership to develop product vision, roadmaps, priorities, epics, features, and user stories. Translates business needs into actionable requirements, communicates risks and dependencies, influences stakeholders, supports impediment resolution, quantifies business value, and mentors other Product Owners while driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Conducts internal audit projects assessing financial and operational controls, including SOX and Model Audit Rule compliance. Responsibilities include defining audit scope, testing control effectiveness, documenting work papers, preparing reports, tracking remediation, analyzing deficiencies, and coordinating project execution, resources, deadlines, and budgets.

Prepares monthly revenue and expense journal entries, reconciles general ledger and EMR data, analyzes profit-and-loss activity and budget variances, and supports accurate financial reporting and audits. The role collaborates with Finance stakeholders, maintains account accuracy, investigates variances, and meets month-end close deadlines.
