The Business Systems Analyst gathers and analyzes business and technical requirements, documents processes, creates user stories, and manages Agile backlogs in a SAFe environment. The role facilitates stakeholder collaboration, supports Agile ceremonies, coordinates user acceptance testing, validates system changes, reviews technical designs, and assists with implementation and production issues. Hands-on Appian experience and SQL knowledge are required, while healthcare, Agile, and related technical platform experience are preferred.
