Develops and supports enterprise reports, dashboards, and data stores from multiple sources. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating specifications, creating SQL and BI data sources, developing reports with Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, and related tools, testing, performance optimization, production support, training, process improvement, and mentoring. Partners with business, data integration engineers, and architects while applying Agile practices and advancing BI technology standards.

Lead enterprise cloud and AI platform architecture, guide cloud transformation, resiliency, cost optimization, and AI enablement. Establish standards, reference architectures, governance guardrails, reusable platform services, and cross-functional alignment to support secure, scalable, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead the design and implementation of Appian-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards while providing guidance to IT teams and stakeholders.
