Own the first 90 days for customers adopting an AI Receptionist solution. Configure the product for healthcare practices, deliver training, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor usage and ROI, conduct QBRs, and drive adoption. Support sales demonstrations and technical consultations, partner with Product and Engineering on feature testing and feedback, and create implementation documentation and playbooks.

Build and maintain robust integrations with third-party APIs and direct database connections. Collaborate with product teams and external technical partners to deliver reliable data integrations, investigate complex system issues, and support uptime for healthcare practices. Develop logging, monitoring, and alerts while applying strong information security practices. Work across multiple codebases, primarily using PHP and C++ with Qt, and use PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Own product marketing strategy across customer insight, competitive intelligence, pricing, positioning, messaging, launches, go-to-market, sales enablement, and product adoption. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Rev Ops to translate product information into compelling narratives, coordinate launches, train customer-facing teams, and improve demand generation and market performance.
