Leads B2B provider marketing campaigns and communications, including HubSpot nurture journeys, email, social media, landing pages, webforms, events, and campaign assets. Owns the marketing calendar, supplier and stakeholder coordination, event logistics, reporting, testing, deliverability, and conversion optimization. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Product, RevOps, Content, SEO, and Design teams to support lead conversion, customer adoption, upsell, and brand consistency.

Own Tier 2 customer support cases for healthcare practices and patients, diagnosing technical issues, resolving PMS configuration and integration problems, educating customers, documenting cases, and escalating effectively to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success. The role also identifies recurring issues, improves support processes, and protects customer trust while handling sensitive health data responsibly.

Manage a high-value SMB customer portfolio, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and support retention and expansion. Identify customer risks and growth opportunities, provide tailored recommendations, gather product feedback, coordinate onboarding and service activation, and resolve complex account, billing, finance, and service inquiries. Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, and internal teams to maximize customer value and long-term success.
