Develop and maintain backend Java services for healthcare technology products. Responsibilities include implementing features, fixing bugs, designing application components, testing, troubleshooting deployments, optimizing performance, and contributing across the Agile software development lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with developers, product managers, and QA engineers, along with expertise in Java enterprise technologies, databases, application servers, CI/CD, DevOps, and Unix-based environments.

Designs, implements, operates, and optimizes enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises data centers, AWS, and other cloud environments. Responsibilities include routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, monitoring, network security, incident response, Tier 3 escalation, infrastructure as code, automation, documentation, disaster recovery support, and cross-functional collaboration. Participates in 24/7 on-call coverage and mentors junior engineers.

Lead QA automation strategy and framework architecture for the GuidingCare platform. Build and modernize Playwright and TypeScript automation frameworks, migrate legacy Katalon and Selenium suites, integrate testing into AWS and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, improve regression reliability, and mentor QA engineers. Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC. Establish coding standards, reporting, KPIs, and AI-assisted testing practices.
