Manage clinical operations of a dialysis facility: supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety, lead QAPI initiatives, oversee staffing and budgets, provide orientation and performance reviews, and fill leadership roles as needed.

Provide administrative support to regional dialysis office: manage calls and email, greet visitors, handle confidential information, maintain records/spreadsheets/databases, assist executives, perform data entry and office tasks, complete competency testing, and support events.
