Documents clinical interactions, maintains charts, supports diverse clients, and collaborates with clinical teams. The role requires knowledge of mental illness, treatment modalities, Colorado mental health regulations, and community resources. Work may involve stressful situations and occasional physical demands.

Provides behavioral health clinical assessments, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, case management, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation. Works with diverse clients using varied treatment approaches and collaborates within a clinical treatment team. Requires Colorado licensure and knowledge of mental health treatment, psychopathology, applicable Colorado statutes, and community resources.

Provides therapeutic and case management services for behavioral health patients, including discharge planning and aftercare following hospitalization. Works with children, adults, couples, groups, and diverse populations using individual, family, group, and crisis treatment approaches. Coordinates with clinical teams, connects patients to community resources, and supports patient care in a behavioral health setting.
