Support and improve clinical quality across the organization through QI project management, training, regulatory and contractual compliance, performance and outcomes measurement, monitoring clinical standard work, implementing policies and workflows, and providing feedback. Requires travel to regional sites.

Provides behavioral health clinical assessments, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, case management, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation. Works with diverse clients using varied treatment approaches and collaborates within a clinical treatment team. Requires Colorado licensure and knowledge of mental health treatment, psychopathology, applicable Colorado statutes, and community resources.

Provides therapeutic and case management services for behavioral health patients, including discharge planning and aftercare following hospitalization. Works with children, adults, couples, groups, and diverse populations using individual, family, group, and crisis treatment approaches. Coordinates with clinical teams, connects patients to community resources, and supports patient care in a behavioral health setting.
