Under supervision, conducts clinical assessments, crisis intervention, individual/family/group therapy, and case management. Develops and monitors treatment plans, documents clinical work and maintains charts, and collaborates with a clinical team to serve a diverse client population.

Serve as first point of contact for clients calling the behavioral health organization; handle incoming calls, route clients to appropriate services, maintain HIPAA-compliant PHI handling, support daily office operations, provide customer service across local and rural offices, and perform standard clerical and office equipment tasks.
