Supports budgeting, proposal pricing, financial monitoring, and documentation for state and federal healthcare projects. Develops budgets and rate schedules, prepares projections and workplans, tracks expenditures, validates financial data, identifies discrepancies, maintains supporting documentation, and coordinates with program teams. The role also updates procedures, templates, and instructions while contributing to process improvement and ensuring compliance with agency and contracting requirements.

Develop and maintain Amazon QuickSight dashboards in a secure CMS environment supporting healthcare quality improvement programs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating analyses and visualizations, validating data and calculations, documenting dashboards, conducting user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and supporting deployment. The role also develops Tableau visualizations, performs ad hoc analysis, coordinates with stakeholders, and communicates technical findings and dashboard guidance.

Provides advanced budget and financial analysis for proposals and projects: prepares budgets, budget-to-actual reports, analyzes variances, supports RFP and proposal development, maintains monthly project reports and contract tracking, communicates budget information, and drives process improvements using Costpoint, Excel, and Microsoft Copilot.
