Leads a portfolio of executive leadership development programs, manages and develops the delivery team, and scales operating models, processes, and tools. The role oversees performance, workload, stakeholder communications, partner expectations, program KPIs, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and curriculum strategy. It also supports business opportunities and renewals while ensuring programs grow effectively and maintain operational excellence.

Sell memberships and solutions to industry prospects within a defined segment. Develop and execute territory plans, acquire new members (prioritizing multi-year contracts), deliver consultative presentations, build CXO relationships, collaborate internally, manage pipeline with a sales associate, and ensure smooth hand-offs to account management while advising on renewals and growth.

Source and advance new business opportunities for sales executives by prospecting healthcare leaders, scheduling meetings, cold calling and emailing, maintaining Salesforce records, following up on inbound leads, supporting outreach strategy, and coordinating internally to drive programmatic growth and pipeline development.
