Owns satisfaction, engagement, retention, onboarding, strategic planning, partnership workplans, executive touchpoints, forum integration, renewal risk, and renewal processes. Facilitates webinars, networking sessions, and executive meetings while coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver measurable member and partner value.

Leads day-to-day operations for Nursing Catalyst Labs cohorts, including content planning, member engagement, event recruitment, logistics, presentations, and facilitation. Builds relationships with nurse managers, sponsors, health systems, and nursing leaders while coordinating with internal teams. Supports product strategy, sales, marketing, and operations. Requires strong project management, healthcare content development, client engagement, and virtual and in-person facilitation skills.

Leads a portfolio of executive leadership development programs, manages and develops the delivery team, and scales operating models, processes, and tools. The role oversees performance, workload, stakeholder communications, partner expectations, program KPIs, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and curriculum strategy. It also supports business opportunities and renewals while ensuring programs grow effectively and maintain operational excellence.
