Manage development and execution of B2B2C and B2B marketing campaigns for HSA Store®, producing email campaigns, landing pages, digital assets and partner-facing materials. Coordinate launches with cross-functional teams, maintain partner asset library, track performance metrics, support optimization and testing, and act as liaison between Marketing and Sales to drive consumer engagement and conversion.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee inquiries, perks and communications, full-cycle onboarding, recruiting coordination (ATS/Greenhouse), payroll and compliance support, HRIS ownership and data integrity, and continuous process improvements to scale HR in a remote-first environment.

Execute and QA email, SMS, and push CRM campaigns and lifecycle flows; manage the broadcast email calendar; run tests and analyses to optimize performance; coordinate cross-functionally and maintain project timelines to ensure timely, accurate sends.
