Teams at Health-E Commerce

Serves as the primary technical authority throughout enterprise sales cycles, supporting discovery, solution design, demonstrations, RFPs, scoping, and delivery estimates. Bridges Sales, Marketing, Partner IT, Product, and Engineering teams; evaluates integrations and technical compatibility; troubleshoots partner issues; and contributes to roadmap prioritization. Oversees technical documentation, integration roadmaps, implementation handoffs, and partner-facing knowledge resources. Requires SaaS or fintech sales engineering experience, integration expertise, and end-to-end onboarding ownership.

Own the sales systems roadmap, including Salesforce administration, integrations, workflows, and enablement tools. Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership on go-to-market strategy, planning, budgets, and compensation design. Develop dashboards, reporting, KPI analysis, and presentations to guide decisions and improve sales effectiveness. Maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and asset-management processes while supporting scalable operational growth.

Supports architecture for a React-based eCommerce platform using Cloudflare Workers and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Translates business requirements into system designs, creates proof-of-concepts and technical specifications, contributes to standards and integrations, and guides developers and AI agents through implementation. The role requires SFCC, JavaScript or TypeScript, analytics and CDP integration experience, SQL, privacy-aware design, and strong communication. It is fully remote within the United States, with EST working hours.
