Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, payment runs, supplier records, reconciliations, and month-end accounts payable activities. Resolve supplier and employee queries, support VAT compliance and audits, maintain accurate financial records, and uphold financial controls. The role also provides wider finance administration and contributes to process improvements while working collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Supports monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, reconciliations, VAT returns, statutory reporting, audit preparation, sales invoicing, debt collection, and financial analysis. The role also assists with financial controls, stakeholder reporting, process improvements, and finance system enhancements while developing management accounting expertise alongside professional accountancy studies.
