Oversees outpatient wound care center operations, clinical functions, staffing, financial performance, quality improvement, community education, referral marketing, and hospital relationships. Coordinates patient care and directs clinical and non-clinical staff while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, CMS guidelines, and company and hospital policies. May provide direct wound care, case management, and hyperbaric services after required training.
