Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic growth of outpatient wound care programs, managing staff, finances, quality improvement, community education/marketing, and clinical care. Coordinate with hospital partners and providers, ensure regulatory compliance, track outcomes and revenue, and perform clinical duties (including hyperbaric tasks after training) as needed. Maintain relationships with hospital leadership and drive referral development.

Manage front-office functions for an outpatient wound care center: greet patients, schedule/reschedule appointments, verify insurance and pre-authorizations, enter charges and maintain patient records, coordinate ancillary testing and transportation, support center leadership to maximize patient census, and perform general administrative duties.

Manage and grow an outpatient wound care program, overseeing daily operations, staff, finances, quality improvement, marketing/referral development, and hospital relationships. Ensure regulatory compliance, performance monitoring, and community outreach to increase referrals and program outcomes.
