Leads Healogics’ data engineering team and enterprise data platform strategy. Owns SQL Server warehouse reliability, ETL, OLAP, SSRS, data architecture, modeling, governance, security, and production support while directing migration to Databricks. Translates business needs into scalable data solutions, establishes engineering standards, manages vendors and implementation partners, and partners with executives, analytics, application, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.

Leads regional and national business development for wound care services, driving market expansion, healthcare partnerships, consultative sales, pipeline growth, forecasting, contract evaluation, and new center launches. Builds relationships with health systems, physician groups, and other stakeholders while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal. Owns growth, revenue, pipeline, proposal, CRM quality, launch, and retention metrics.

Manage Healogics’ digital platforms, including social media, website, intranet, online marketing library, HubSpot, and YouTube. Create and adapt content, oversee brand and social media strategy, manage content calendars, monitor engagement, analyze performance, and conduct industry research. Lead intranet improvements, video and podcast initiatives, A/B testing, lead-generation campaigns, and digital support for business development and events.
