Coordinate clinical activities of a wound care center, provide patient assessment and care planning, supervise clinical staff, support program and quality improvement initiatives, collaborate with medical and program directors, assist with hyperbaric and vein clinic duties after training, and ensure compliance with hospital, state, and CMS regulations.

Administers prescribed hyperbaric oxygen therapy, prepares and educates patients, monitors treatment responses and chamber equipment, documents treatments and wound care visits, maintains hyperbaric systems, supports safety drills, and may assist with vein clinic or documentation duties. The role requires a healthcare license or certification, hyperbaric training, BLS/CPR certification, equipment troubleshooting, patient-care skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages the strategic growth and complete operations of an outpatient wound care program, including staff leadership, budgeting, revenue cycle, quality improvement, compliance, community education, marketing, referral development, and hospital relationships. Oversees clinic workflows, resources, performance metrics, patient and provider satisfaction, and collaboration with hospital leadership and clinical teams. Promotes referrals through physician outreach and CRM documentation while ensuring adherence to Healogics, hospital, regulatory, accreditation, and CMS requirements.
