Owns multi-channel content and events strategy for two healthcare brands across B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences. Leads inbound and outbound marketing, PR, thought leadership, events, agency relationships, budgets, ROI measurement, and brand reputation. Partners with digital marketing, sales, clinical, technology, and operations teams to align campaigns with business priorities and growth targets.

Manage and grow NHS accounts by retaining revenue, identifying expansion opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers. Build stakeholder maps, develop advocacy, facilitate account meetings, monitor customer performance and NPS, and coordinate internal teams to deliver commissioned services on time and within budget. Prepare impact reports, use data to guide decisions, and provide market insight. The role requires strong NHS knowledge, communication, facilitation, planning, analytical, relationship-management, and commercial skills, with occasional UK travel.

As an ADHD Assessor, you will conduct diagnostic observations and assessments for children and adults, providing feedback and attending multidisciplinary team meetings.
