Provides one-on-one behavioral therapy to children by following individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, communicating with families, and meeting weekly with a BCBA for coaching. Requires active RBT certification, reliable transportation for home visits, a high school diploma or equivalent, background-check eligibility, weekday evening availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will work 1:1 with children, follow treatment plans, and receive support from BCBAs. Responsibilities include tracking progress and family communication.

Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children following individualized treatment plans. Track progress, communicate with families, and meet weekly with supervising BCBA. Work evenings in clients' homes, follow safety/lifting requirements, and maintain active RBT certification.
