Leads finance and accounting operations, including general accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. Develops financial models, monitors performance, supports audits and tax activities, improves processes, and mentors finance team members. Collaborates with internal departments and customer stakeholders while ensuring accurate, timely financial information and high service levels.

Supports accounts receivable activities including invoice follow-ups, payment tracking, account analysis, aging report review, balance collection, record maintenance, discrepancy escalation, and client communication. The role provides training and mentorship before transitioning to ownership of client AR activities. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, proficient with spreadsheets, and able to communicate professionally in English.

Manage accounts payable, payroll processing, expense and accrual accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and flux analysis. Collaborate with HR, procurement, and operations, implement process improvements and automation, and deliver accurate financial reports to support decision-making.
