The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages receivables, processes invoices, collects payments, resolves disputes, and monitors credit risk while working closely with the sales team and providing regular updates to finance leadership.

Manage accounts payable, payroll processing, expense and accrual accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and flux analysis. Collaborate with HR, procurement, and operations, implement process improvements and automation, and deliver accurate financial reports to support decision-making.

Support end-to-end recruiting activities: source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, maintain recruitment data, coordinate communications, represent employer brand, and assist senior recruiters on administrative and business-partnering tasks during a 6-month contract with possible permanent conversion.
