Coordinate and administer end-to-end onboarding for new hires across HR, IT, Recruiting, and Clinical Ops. Maintain and audit HRIS (ADP), perform high-volume data entry, manage PTO and clinician scheduling, support HR records and compliance, and serve as a primary contact to ensure timely, organized, and positive new-hire experiences.

Build, maintain, and optimize Python-based ETL pipelines and Azure SQL Server data warehouse; integrate EHR/CRM/HR/call center feeds; ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling; debug production issues; extend AI agents; ship version-controlled improvements.

Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, deliver individual and group therapy, prescribe and monitor medications, maintain EHR documentation and individualized treatment plans, collaborate with clinical teams, participate in community outreach, and work a hybrid schedule with minimum three days per week in-office.
