Develops and executes statistical demand forecasts for complex, high-volume product categories. Improves forecast accuracy, analyzes risks, supports sales and operations planning, and incorporates product changes, promotions, regulations, and customer requirements. Collaborates with inventory analytics and stakeholders, leads forecast-related workstreams and special projects, mentors associates, and uses JDA system enhancements to improve planning processes.

Leads data-driven personalization and experimentation across eCommerce platforms to improve engagement, conversion, average order value, and revenue. Builds audience segments, manages personalized campaigns, executes A/B and multivariate tests, monitors performance metrics, maintains the personalization roadmap, and ensures high-quality event tagging. Collaborates with merchandising, marketing, content, UX, analytics, engineering, and search teams while serving as a subject matter expert and overseeing project execution.

Leads product managers and user experience professionals, owns product roadmaps and lifecycles, prioritizes initiatives, and aligns product strategy with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Partners with stakeholders and technology teams, manages agile delivery, removes roadblocks, evaluates performance metrics, incorporates user feedback, and develops team talent to improve enterprise commerce and customer self-service experiences.
