Teams at HD Supply

Provide HR support and counsel to a Denver facility across staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, performance management, and associate relations. Administer HR programs, conduct investigations, source and interview candidates, resolve employee relations issues, ensure consistent HR policy application, analyze HR data, and liaise with leaders and functional experts. Occasional overnight travel required.

Performs quality control and distribution center operations across receiving, shipping, returns, order processing, replenishment, and loading. Uses material handling equipment to move inventory, verifies product quantities and quality, picks and stages customer orders, inspects stock for defects, manages misplaced products, supports inventory control, and maintains a safe, clean work environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods, with no travel.

Supports supply chain implementation and performance improvement through forecasting, replenishment, logistics analysis, supplier collaboration, metrics, scorecards, and decision-support tools. Develops supply chain strategies, financial models, and processes while analyzing inventory, distribution channels, costs, and service levels. Partners with vendors, merchants, operations, facilities, and leadership to improve planning and supplier performance. The role requires strong project coordination, data analysis, communication, and extensive travel.
