Maintains accounts receivable records and calculations, including cash receipts, claims, overdue invoices, interest charges, refunds, account statements, unapplied payments, short payments, and COD checks. Performs data entry, account reconciliation, exception research, customer billing support, correspondence follow-up, and clerical tasks. Works under general supervision and escalates complex issues. This is an indoor, non-travel role.

Generates new sales opportunities and upsells through outbound calls, email, and electronic communications. Manages customer orders, quotes, pricing, issue resolution, proposals, estimating, product code directives, and sales tracking while meeting quota and margin goals. The role is primarily remote with required proximity to the New Braunfels, Texas facility and occasional overnight travel.
