Leads FP&A functions and teams, overseeing financial reporting, strategic and operating planning, forecasting, business analysis, and executive decision support. Manages complex financial reports, drives process improvements, and develops finance professionals through training and supervision. The role requires professional judgment in evaluating financial performance, investments, working capital, and business initiatives.

Manages an established hospitality account portfolio, drives MRO sales growth, retains customers, and prospects new business across Metro Boston. Builds relationships with decision-makers, develops territory expansion plans, analyzes market and customer needs, shares competitive insights, and represents the company at meetings and trade shows. Requires consistent local driving, occasional overnight travel, CRM usage, and an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Supports HR operations across distribution centers by coordinating onboarding, orientations, employment and payroll verifications, timekeeping adjustments, documentation, recruiting activities, and employee questions about payroll, benefits, and policies. Serves as a liaison between HR, field teams, managers, and external departments while assisting with training materials, internal communications, employee engagement, and special projects. The role works onsite on weekdays and weekends with limited overnight travel.
