Responsibilities include monitoring regulations, updating policies and handbooks, conducting audits and investigations, overseeing reporting and I-9 compliance, advising leaders on performance and disciplinary matters, developing HR processes, and managing HR team members. Partners with legal counsel and senior leadership while contributing to broader HR strategy.

Responsibilities include monitoring regulations, updating policies and handbooks, conducting audits and investigations, advising leaders on performance and disciplinary matters, managing PIPs and separations, overseeing reporting and I-9 compliance, developing training, and supervising HR team members.

Supervise audit staff, plan and execute audits under professional standards, review work, identify accounting issues, communicate with clients and firm leadership, manage engagement timelines and budgets, recommend process improvements, and train team members. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS, leadership, client relationship skills, and progress toward CPA licensure.
