Teams at HCVT

Supervise audit teams, review staff work, plan and execute audits under professional standards, resolve accounting issues, manage timelines and budgets, communicate with clients and firm leadership, and provide training and feedback. The role also involves identifying process improvements, maintaining client relationships, participating in recruiting and training activities, and delivering high-quality audit services using firm software and research tools.

Prepare federal and multi-state income tax returns, work papers, tax authority correspondence, and technical research for individuals and business entities. Identify accounting and tax issues, propose solutions, self-review work, meet engagement deadlines and budgets, and collaborate with engagement teams. Participate in training, recruiting, firm activities, and professional development while building client and internal relationships.

Oversees production support for custom accounting and tax systems and vendor software. Manages incoming requests, ticket backlogs, prioritization, service levels, maintenance calendars, issue trend analysis, documentation, change management, and release management. Partners with implementation and development teams, communicates technical issues to stakeholders, and coordinates improvements to prevent recurring problems. Requires strong SQL, Excel, Microsoft BI, communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
