Provides remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, networks, peripherals, user accounts, and permissions. Resolves help desk requests, troubleshoots complex issues, performs system maintenance, and supports software and hardware implementations. Maintains technical documentation and knowledge bases, contributes to IT policies, participates in an on-call rotation, and travels locally to client sites. Requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with operating systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, servers, and virtualization.

Sources, screens, selects, and places candidates for the Managed Services business, primarily recruiting Tier 1 and Tier 2 technology professionals. Builds candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers, manages applicant records and recruiting metrics, conducts interviews and reference checks, coordinates hiring communications, negotiates offers, and supports a positive candidate experience. The role is full-time and in-office in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with up to 10% overnight travel.
