Support HR operations and manage office administration. Lead onboarding and provisioning, maintain HRIS records, support compliance and HR reporting, manage travel/expense platform, coordinate meetings/events and front-desk duties, oversee supplies/vendors, and assist with employee relations and ad-hoc HR projects.

Sources, screens, selects, and places candidates for the Managed Services business, primarily recruiting Tier 1 and Tier 2 technology professionals. Builds candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers, manages applicant records and recruiting metrics, conducts interviews and reference checks, coordinates hiring communications, negotiates offers, and supports a positive candidate experience. The role is full-time and in-office in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with up to 10% overnight travel.

Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and networks; troubleshoot complex issues; manage user accounts; perform maintenance, backups, and updates; document solutions; participate in policy implementation; rotate 24/7 on-call and travel to local client sites.
