Provide hands-on technical support for CIS labs: install, maintain, troubleshoot equipment and networks; set up labs for practical sessions; track maintenance and borrowed equipment; assist faculty and interact with suppliers; follow safety procedures and college policies.

Provide hands-on lab support for CIS faculty and students: install, maintain, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage inventory and preventive maintenance, demonstrate equipment, and perform up to 10 hours/week of instructional duties while supporting student projects and teaching materials.

Support faculty and students by maintaining media studios, labs and workshops; set up equipment, run lab hours, assist with projects, perform preventative maintenance, track inventory, enforce safety, and provide up to 10 hours/week of instructional support.
