Provides direct skilled nursing care during home visits, following physician orders and assessing patient responses. Educates patients and families, documents care and condition changes, communicates with case managers and physicians, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Performs various home health visits, including starts of care, resumptions of care, recertifications, and discharges. Requires autonomous clinical judgment, strong documentation, communication, and nursing skills.

Licensed practical nurse responsible for physician and hospital relationships, direct patient referral intake, orthopedic prescreen entry, fax and email monitoring, electronic record updates in HCHB, phone support, call triage, and customer service. The role is office-based, requires accurate data entry, and supports home care intake operations.

Manages medical billing staff and payer billing and collections processes, ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement. Oversees performance management, billing issue resolution, aged receivables reporting, payer compliance, staff training, and process improvements. Partners with clinical, operations, quality, insurance, and senior leadership teams to improve billing efficiency, reduce bad debt, address non-billable services, and maximize reimbursement opportunities.
