Provide day-to-day HR administration and operational support across multiple client accounts in a fractional HR services model. Manage onboarding/offboarding, compliance, LOA, policy and SOP development, performance management, HRIS support, and low-risk investigations. Serve as client lead, build client relationships, coordinate with project and account teams, coach managers on employee relations, train other HR Specialists, and identify process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Support HRIS implementations by configuring cloud-based HR systems, performing system setup, data validation, testing, and documentation. Participate in projects from kickoff through go-live under senior guidance, manage client and vendor relationships, and complete vendor training and certifications to ensure timely, accurate implementations.

The Client Relationship Manager ensures client satisfaction and retention by advocating for clients, managing relationships, and delivering strategic account management.
