Leads client-side ADP WFN implementation projects, manages payroll transition tasks, configures workflows, develops and presents reports, and delivers customized client training. The role requires expert ADP WFN payroll and time-and-attendance knowledge, experience with complex multi-entity implementations, ownership of multiple projects, strong client communication, organization, analytical thinking, and effective independent time management.

Serve as a client-side technical consultant for Rippling HCM implementations and optimizations. Configure systems and time & attendance, manage integrations (API/EDI/flat files), create custom reports and test scripts, validate data, train clients, coordinate with vendors and project managers, and ensure successful payroll transitions and go-live milestones.

Manage a multi-jurisdictional payroll tax client portfolio including registrations, account maintenance, notice resolution, audits, M&A support, reconciliations, client communications, documentation, and daily billable time tracking.
