Provide end-to-end leave of absence administration and regulatory consulting for multiple US-based clients. Manage intake, eligibility, documentation, tracking, return-to-work, and audits while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, state and local leave laws. Use leave administration technology and coordinate with payroll, benefits, and HRIS teams to maintain accurate records and resolve compliance risks.

Lead onboarding and transition of clients to managed payroll services: run discovery, document processes, configure and plan transitions, advise on compliance and best practices, manage timelines and knowledge transfer, create SOPs and trackers, serve as primary client contact, and drive continuous improvement.
