Manage a full caseload of first-party property and casualty litigation: perform legal research, prepare case assessments, conduct motion practice, take and defend depositions, handle discovery, and represent the firm at hearings and mediations.

Manage and coordinate litigated property claims: develop strategy with defense counsel, assign vendors, monitor litigation files and deadlines, attend depositions/mediations/trials as needed, evaluate settlements, recommend reserves, and ensure compliance with Florida insurance rules.
