Identifies and develops new business opportunities through account research, LinkedIn and outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and CRM management. Partners with Field Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy to refine markets and messaging, coordinate qualified handoffs, and provide market feedback. Represents the company at industry events and builds technical and market knowledge, with potential progression into Field Sales Engineer or Application Engineer roles.

Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support for electrical and mechanical measurement solutions across the UK, Nordics, and wider EMEA. Responsibilities include supporting quotations and tenders, qualifying technical requests, assisting customers remotely and onsite, documenting requests in CRM, collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Product Management, and supporting exhibitions and customer events. The role requires strong electrical or mechanical measurement knowledge, customer communication skills, analytical problem-solving, and occasional travel.

Rework approximately 3,000 printed circuit boards by replacing two defective resistors on each board, preventing unnecessary scrap and reducing associated costs.
