Paid wealth management internship supporting advisors with client data gathering, meeting materials, portfolio proposals, financial plans, CRM maintenance, reporting, and special projects. The intern will complete a capstone presentation and work onsite five days per week in Towson, Maryland. Candidates must be rising seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong communication, organization, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Executes and optimizes integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media, email, websites, marketing automation, and emerging AI-driven search. Manages lead generation, nurturing, conversion optimization, analytics, reporting, budgets, vendors, and agency partnerships. Uses performance data to improve campaigns, website experiences, attribution, and pipeline contribution while collaborating with marketing, business development, CRM, and business intelligence teams.

Provides front-desk reception and administrative support at HB Wealth’s Atlanta headquarters. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering calls, managing calendars and meetings, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence and presentations, processing shipments, maintaining records, arranging meeting rooms and refreshments, and handling colleague requests. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and full-time in-office availability.
